Gran Habano Corojo #5
Today I’m taking a first look at the Gran Habano Corojo #5. It has a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper and a blend of Costa Rican and Nicaraguan binder and filler. The Grab Habano Corojo #5 is a medium to full body smoke at a 6×54 size. My Gran Habano Corojo #5 started out nice but we didn’t get a long to far into the cigar. Check out my video and see what I mean.

Great review mike.Don’t think I will try one of these sticks. Is that a steet glide I see behind you?

Yes it’s a street glide 2008. Don’t not try this stick like I said it may have just been a bum stick. I just have tone honest that’s me.

Good no-nonsense review as always. I look forward to how the new video setup will look too.
And hell yes, Ed is the man with the palate that is hard to argue with. This may sound like pandering but you are every bit as capable as Ed in picking the flavors out.
Good times!

Just tried this cigar and found it very good. No burn problems except for uneven burn. About an hour-and-a-half smoke. Do recall that a previous stick went out a few times. Would try this one again but they’re a bit expensive here in Ottawa, Canada (but then all cigars are expensive here with the taxes). Found the stick to be a medium to strong. Still prefer the Cuban and Dominican cigars on the whole but trying Nicaraguan and Mexican, to. Good reviews all in all. Keep it up.

Mike
great site.
I got to take the other side on this review. I love the oiliness of these smokes and have finished one box, have two in the humi and another two boxes on order.
Keep up the reviews — hey any thoughts of podcast via itunes?

Dean I appreciate your input and like I said it was a first impression and I have to be honest I never in 20 years of cigar smoking had that harshness like that but everyone is different. Thanks for the support.
