Nub Cameroon

Posted in Cigar Reviews on April 10, 2013 by youngbuckbotl

Size: 4×60
Wrapper: Cameroon
Binder: Nicaragua
Filler: Nicaragua

This little guy I pulled out of my humidor the other day to go on a short walk. Forgetting how long these actually  take to smoke lets just say my walk lasted much longer than intended. This guy is a 4×60 Cameroon Nub, they go for usually $7 a stick but they last quite a while so you get your moneys worth.

1st half: With the first half I got some nice leathery notes along with a little amount of spice, but when retrohaled I got a deeper and much nicer full body spice.

2nd half: With the second half especially towards the very end I got a very nice full body spice. The second half also revealed nice woody and nutty notes as well.

All around this was a great stick. For the price you could take this and go mow the lawn but with the great notes you could also sit outside and really enjoy it. I will be picking up more of these next time I am at my local B&M and I suggest you do the same. God bless and have a safe two weeks.

My symptoms are puking often, not being able to keep food down, and very thirsty.  Sorry guys it hit me last night. I really should keep a stack of reviews for emergencies like today. Sorry to disappoint again everyone.

Wrapper: Honduran Connecticut

Binder: Nicaraguan

This stick was sent to us from a good friend of the site TrueTobacco.com. I was the lucky one to review this stick due to my vast accomplishments and credentials along with my long history of fabulous reviews.

With the first half this stick gave off nice medium-full body notes of leather with a hint of earthy tones. It didn’t get any more complex than that and stayed exactly the same though the first half.

With the second half the flavor went from earthy and leathery to sweet and nothing. It stayed like that all the way till I started to burn my fingers nubbin it.

A big thank you to True Tobacco for these sticks. It was a nice change of pace to review something I didn’t have to pay for. So go check them out so they can keep funding my reviews!!! :) Have a nice week all and God bless.

With the initial light up this stick had a great draw to it, construction was also flawless not a single thing to complain about. The first couple of puffs I got some nice mild spicy notes which stayed with the stick all the way through. About an inch in I got some nice citrus notes, these also stayed all the way though.

The second half didn’t change at all. The spicy and citrus notes stuck around until I put it down. For a bundle stick this was very good, probably one of the best sticks I have had for under $4. So if you are looking for a cigar for the golf course or a stick to do yard work with, I would definitely take this over any other $4 stick.

Thanks again to Stogie Boys for sending us this stick to review. Don’t forget to check out their site. Have a good week guys see you all in two weeks, God bless.
